Return Policy
You can request a return or replacement if:
- The product is damaged or defective when delivered.
- You receive the wrong product.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
Return Conditions
- The return request must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).
Tri-Tech Electronics Ltd reserves the right to reject a return request if the product is used, damaged by the customer, or missing original packaging.
Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:
- If the product qualifies for a refund, the amount will be processed within 3–7 working days.
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or bank/mobile banking transfer.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are applicable as follows:
- Inside Dhaka: 500 BDT
- Outside Dhaka: Shipping cost may vary depending on the location.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective product).
